RETURN AND EXCHANGE GOODS
All products are created with great care and attention to detail, so defects are very unlikely. If you are unhappy with your goods, please let us know as soon as possible. To be eligible for a refund you have to notify us within 7 days of the delivery.

You can return goods for a full refund or exchange with exception to all sleepwear sets with panties. For hygiene reasons and due to delicate nature of materials we can accept return of sleepwear sets with panties only if damaged during shipment or manufacturing fault.
The goods should be shipped to the address of their origin:

Refunds and exchanges can be accepted, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, still in their original condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. We will not accept returns on any items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition.
The goods should be shipped to us within 14 days of the delivery for all orders within Slovak Republic, within 14 days of the delivery for all EU orders and within 21 days of the delivery for all international orders.
Please allow up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
